It is to be assumed that by 'White', the writer means 'White', not 'Fellow Whites' AKA Jews, who should be boycotted, shunned, avoided, to reduce their money/power.
I have recently been rereading Trevanian, who clearly despised Americans as a race of merchants, and democracy as mob rule. These things were also noted by de Tocqueville in Democracy in America,
who saw Americans as destined to become a nation of fungible atomised mediocrities all grasping to glut their paltry lusts, governed by a benignant tyranny with the trappings of a Republic, as has come to pass.
It occurs to me that the Jews did not create Yankee America (the South being a different culture) or make Manhattan its financial capitol, but these provided their infection with a perfect growth medium. Perhaps their fleurs du mal can only take root in countries where the rot is already advanced, a healthy country barring entry to all malign or deleteriou aliens and expelling those who have entered.
